of ugly stamps and nice stamps..

i'm so angry!!!! i should not be angry with the post office.. but angry with myself. but still!!! ARGH!!! i am so stoooopid. urgh. so irritated.

ok. i'm feeling better now. just needed to vent. here's the story of wat happened:

Mr. Lim Zhi Han is going to get married. and as his 'sister' in NUS, i decided i will send my blessings with a simple card. sealed with address, love and well wishes, i trotted down to the post office to get some stamps and to post the card.

most normal people will simply go the the automatic machine to buy those ugly stamps. ugly stamps as in it does not have designs and stuff. it simply writes the cost.. those machine-printed ones. one can only get those pretty stamps in the post office or gift shops.

so, OBVIOUSLY i wanted the pretty ones since i purposely made my way to the post office. (there is the machine in uni which i could have just gone there to get an ugly stamp.) i told the lady that i needed some stamps. she told me the price, and before i knew it, she printed out the ugly stamp and pasted it on the envelope. -_-'''

ROAR!!!!!!!! i couldn't do anything. i stood at the counter for a good 3 seconds looking at my poor card. it was supposed to be so pretty and colourful and yet it had a big fat ugly stamp on it.

sigh... i've learnt my lesson. next time, i will ASK for the pretty stamps.

and i think today is seriously not my day. i usually soak my clothes for a few hours, then hand wash them after tt. cos i don't have enough clothes for the washing machine. anyway, the thing is, i decided i shall be a good girl and wash my almost-3-months-never-wash pullovers.

to my horror, the orange one runs!!!! argh.... now one of my white t-shirt, the one i wore to nice, is stained orange. my yellow stripe one that i like alot also. not to mention, my socks. white.. now with designs.

sianz.... whole day of suay-ness. (german: Pech haben)

may tomorrow be better.
