so much snow!! a pity they're slowly melting away as the sun shines on them today.
and apparently, it's still supposedly autumn. my french housemate was telling me that winter starts on the day when daylight is at its minimum. This year, the official day of the start of winter is by right 21st december, calculated by the position of the sun or something. Besides, there are many trees out there where they're still full of leaves. my own definition shall be, When the last leaf falls. =)
On to a new topic! My housemates are always making pancakes for breakfast and stuff and i'm so amazed by how they make them. Cos in singapore, the only pan cakes i can make are from the quick mix! i really wanted to learn how to make them from scratch. so i asked my eneli, from estonia, if she could teach me how. we decided to make today pancake morning!

Eneli! her french bf just visited singapore last week and said that singaporeans are very friendly and helpful. (gleams! proud to be singaporean. hahah)

wah... so shiok. i didn't have pancakes for so long. now, i don't need to go to macs for hotcakes! i can make them myself! (yeah right. going to macs is so much more convenient. "one Hotcakes meal please!"
