visa problems

and i was still talking about getting my visa done soon cos it's probably the most troublesome thing.

i went down to the german embassy today and found out to my horror. my visa takes a minimum of 23 days to be done. on the website, it says "Processing time is approximately 4 working-days. " and there's no such thing as a urgent visa with the germans. so how!? i cannot fly ah?!!?! moreover, they required so much more documents den stated on the website. their stupid phone line doesn't work. den put information and phone number there for wat? argh.

i've to go down tomorrow again. to get it done. i really hope that they can tell me something better. better than ' i think you'll have to change your flight.' cos the flights are FULLY booked. there's no way i can change my flight and dream of getting there in time for my course.

oh well. serve me right. and the stupid visa has the dumbest regulations for their photos. it cost me $10.50 to take 4 photos. the photoshop claimed that 'our's is professional.' (@#$%^@%#$) wat rubbish.

PHOTO REGULATIONS:
The photo must clearly show the person‘s facial features from
the tip of the chin to the crown of the head as well as the left and right
sides of the face. The face must take up 70 - 80% of the photo. This
corresponds to a height of 32 - 36mm. In the case of voluminous hair, it
must be ensured that the head (including the hairstyle) is fully depicted
without reducing the size of the face, if possible. The height of the face
may not be less than 32mm. The face must be centred in the photo.


and this is only a short portion. they still have sample pictures to go along with instructions. and yeah. the police man/security guard won't allot you to enter unless you have your photos and SGD130 in cash. they gave me a piece of paper. 'here. u can go to the nearest photo shop. soo kee photo donno wat lah.' ROAR. how friendly..

okok i just hope that i can get my visa on time... if not, i really donno wat to do.
